Internship Program

Hands-On Experience in M&A Transactions

Our Internship Program is the perfect introduction to M&A transaction services for ambitious final-year students and recent graduates. Interns work directly on live projects, gaining firsthand experience in financial modeling, market assessments, and transaction execution. This is more than just an observational role—you’ll be actively involved in delivering results for our clients.

• Responsibilities: Supporting due diligence processes, preparing financial analyses, and assisting with client deliverables.

• Ideal Candidate: Students or recent graduates in business, finance, or related fields, with a strong work ethic and passion for high-stakes transactions.

• Duration: 6–12 weeks, with potential for advancement into an associate role.

Associates are the driving force behind our M&A transaction teams. Many of our associates come with experience in corporate M&A, investment banking, or private equity, and are ready to transition into a more active, results-oriented role.
